Is my "H license plate" at risk due to the installation of a RetroSound car radio?

For most RetroSound car radios we have a confirmation from TÜV SÜD that your H-plate is not endangered by the installation of a RetroSound car radio. Until today we have never heard of a problem with the H-license plate. However, if this should happen, we would, up to 100 days after the purchase, take back the RetroSound car radio purchased from us without "if&but" and refund the full purchase price. Prerequisite is of course a document from the inspection authority, which has denied them an H-plate, justified by the installation of a RetroSound car radio instead of the original car radio.
