RETROSOUND radio module (FM/DAB+/BT/USB/APP) including installation materials and cabling

The "MOTOR-4DAB" is a radio module with all cables and accessories but without the display unit. This display unit, the control knobs and the rear control rings must be ordered separately.

It has Bluetooth hands-free, A2DP audio streaming. Of course, the "MOTOR-4DAB" radio module also supports the flexible "InfiniMount" mounting system for the control knobs, patented by RetroSound. With this unit, you retain the design of your classic and do not have to do without modern digital media. Two USB and one AUX input on the rear panel allow you to play an external audio source.

The new MOTOR-4DAB is the successor to the MOTOR-6DAB radio module. The main difference is that the settings for the MOTOR-4DAB radio module can be adjusted not only on the device itself, but also conveniently via a smartphone app. This makes it clearer and easier to use. However, Apple iPods or iPhones can no longer be connected to the MOTOR-4DAB via cable, but only wirelessly via Bluetooth.

Any concerns that your H-licence plate might be in danger due to the installation of a RetroSound car radio are unfounded. In the download you will find a confirmation with the approval of the complete AKE working group (TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Nord, Dekra, KÜS, GTÜ) which states that the "RetroSound Model Zuma" and the "RetroSound Model Two" including vehicle-specific panel and control buttons may be installed in classic cars with H-plates or do not prevent the award of the H-plate!

VEHICLES WITH 6 VOLT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
You need a voltage converter if you want to operate a RetroSound car radio in a vehicle with a 6 volt electrical system. We recommend the DC/DC converter 2238.0 from Statron (www.statron.de) in such a case.

Please order the display unit and control knobs for your car separately. These are not included with the car radio.
