Reliable, heavy-duty carbon seat heater type HEAT202 for one vehicle seat with 2-stage temperature adjustment with a detent switch. Suitable for installation under the leather upholstery.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: Read completely before installation and operation. Failure to comply may result in fire hazards, property damage, or serious personal injury.

PRE-INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Professional Installation: Installation must only be performed by a specialist workshop.
Compatibility: Installation is not possible on seats with glued covers, longitudinal grooves, or center panels narrower than 270 mm.
Safety Systems: Strictly observe vehicle manufacturer specifications regarding airbags, belt pretensioners, and seat occupancy sensors. Airbag seams must never be modified!

TECHNICAL INSTALLATION (FOR WORKSHOPS)
Battery: Always disconnect the negative terminal before working on the electrical system (risk of short circuits and accidental airbag deployment!).
Mat Modification: Do not shorten the width. Longitudinal cuts are prohibited. Transverse cuts are only permitted with a minimum distance of 40 mm from the side edge (electrodes!).
Fixation: Heating elements must be installed completely smooth, wrinkle-free, and securely fixed (e.g., using suitable spray adhesive). Wrinkles pose a fire hazard!
Insulation: Carbon fibers must not come into contact with conductive metal parts (seat frames, upholstery clips). Insulate cut edges with fabric adhesive tape.
Wiring: Do not use T-taps (vampire clips) or terminal blocks. Solder and insulate connections or use a crimping tool with insulated connectors. Ensure cable routing does not obstruct seat adjustment.

USER WARNINGS (END USER)
Health Risk: Persons with impaired pain perception or an inability to monitor temperature must not use the seat heater. Risk of serious burns.
Overheating Prevention: Do not place heat-insulating objects (blankets, cushions, additional seat covers) on the activated seat. This can cause the seat to overheat.
Technical Protection: Do not pierce the seat with needles or sharp objects. Do not place heavy or hard loads on the seat. Immediately wipe off any spilled liquids with a dry cloth.
Battery Management: Operation is recommended only while the engine is running to prevent battery drainage. Turn off the heater when the seat is unoccupied.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND LIABILITY
In case of failure, check the fuse first.
Once installed and glued, heating elements must not be removed and reused.
