Special MAHLE battery disconnection relay MR18 with automatic disconnection of the second battery. This 100 amp relay only switches the charging line to the second battery when the engine is running. In contrast to ignition-controlled battery isolating relays, this prevents the empty second battery from being switched on when the engine is started.
