Activating your SIM card for StarLine or Ampire
Congratulations on your new SIM card! To get your system up and running, you first need to activate the card.
No risk: Activation is free of charge and you are under no obligation.
12 months included: The first year is completely free for you. We only need your details so that we can inform you when the 12 months are up.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE FREE YEAR
You can choose between two models:
Automatic renewal (SEPA)
- €27.00 every 6 months (equivalent to €4.50/month
- Convenient direct debit. Invoice sent by email.
- Cancel anytime card deactivates after the period.
- Worry-free: the connection remains active.
Manual renewal (prepaid)
- Flexible packages (12, 24, or 36 months)
- You top up as needed.
- No cancellation necessary. Simply expires when credit runs out.
- No automatic emails you actively decide.
NETWORK COVERAGE & PERFORMANCE
Best network: The card automatically searches for the strongest available network (Telekom, Vodafone, O2, or E-Plus).
Europe-wide: Works in all EU countries including Norway, the UK, and Switzerland.
Note: A deactivated card can be reactivated at any time within 12 months.
WHICH TARIFF DO YOU USE?
For StarLine alarm systems:
Contents: 50 MB data, 10 SMS and 10 minutes of telephony per month.
Security: When the data volume is used up, the Internet is paused, but text message control continues to function.
For Ampire dashcams:
Contents: 50 MB of data and 5 minutes of telephony per month.
Use: Ideal for GPS tracking and downloading approx. 30 minutes of video material in the highest quality.
THE FINE PRINT
1. Additional costs: If data is used beyond the package, this may be charged additionally.
2. Availability: Speed depends on your location and the technology available on site.
3. Liability & data protection: Your data will be processed securely in accordance with the GDPR. No liability is accepted for network failures through no fault of our own.
4. Payment: In the event of payment conflicts, we reserve the right to deactivate the card.
