Comprehensive Features and Alarm Zones
With the AMPIRE CAN-Bus alarm, you'll always have full control. It's armed and disarmed simply by using the factory original remote control or the comfort key. An integrated 2-stage shock sensor gives a pre-warning for minor impacts, such as a parking bump. A full alarm is triggered by strong impacts or attempted break-ins. At the same time, the smart technology prevents false alarms from remote trunk opening or an active auxiliary heater.
The system protects your vehicle with 6 separate alarm zones:
Alarm Zone 1 & 3: Monitoring of the hood, trunk, and doors (via CAN-Bus).
Alarm Zone 2: Impacts and vibrations via the integrated shock sensor.
Alarm Zone 4 & 6: Connection of optional analog sensors, such as radar or tilt sensors.
Alarm Zone 5: Ignition monitoring.
A practical anti-false alarm function automatically deactivates faulty zones if needed. The system also stores the last two triggered alarm zones for quick diagnosis.
High-Performance Siren and Additional Functions
Included in the package is the extremely loud 514LN engine bay siren with a sound pressure of 121dB. The splash-proof siren can play six different tones. You can set the alarm duration to 30 or 60 seconds and adjust the volume of the "siren chirp" (the audible arm/disarm signal).
Additionally, the alarm system provides useful outputs for more features:
A high-current 15A immobilizer relay for secure starter interruption.
An analog output for controlling the vehicle's horn or a GPS tracking system.

Important Installation and Firmware Notes
The AMPIRE CAN-Bus alarm systems are delivered without vehicle-specific firmware. This must be uploaded before installation, as the system can both read and write data on the bus. We offer a free firmware service. When ordering, please provide the exact vehicle type, year of manufacture, and information about your keyless entry system (Smart Key). For extensive settings, we recommend the optional "Bitwriter" programming tool, which connects to the ESP interface. This allows for code entry and protects the settings from unauthorized access.
